Signing of the LOI for the AI Safety Research Institute

The Korean Association for Artificial Intelligence and Law (Chairperson Professor Choi Kyung-jin of Gachon University) signed a letter of intent (LOI) with the AI Safety Research Institute (Director Kim Myung-joo) on February 27 to establish a framework for cooperation on AI-related matters and held a meeting to discuss ways of mutual cooperation. This LOI is expected to serve as a catalyst for strengthening the legal and technical foundation for the safe use and development of AI technology and for establishing a stable AI ecosystem in Korea.
